You may have found this site after googling my name. Hello and welcome!
Yes! I’m an Associate Literary Agent at The Rights Factory who has a special appreciation for the weird, the fantastical, the dark, and the true.
I like character-driven stories where the characters are so strong they’ll either break your heart or pull it right out of your body.
I currently represent work across the literary spectrum from Picture Books to Literary Fiction and from Speculative Fiction to Non-fiction. My deep love for Graphic Novels abides as well.
My current client list can be found on TRF’s website here.
If you’d like details on the types of projects I’m currently accepting, please check out my Query page here!
I’m also a French-to-English Translator and take on select Editing projects (developmental, copyediting, etc.) throughout the year. Contact me if you’d like to discuss your project, however, for any editing projects I take on, please note that I won’t be able to represent you as an agent as well.
If you’re planning on self-publishing, let’s talk!
If you found me through my art marketing, hello and welcome!
Yes! In addition to working with words, I’m a professionally-trained fine artist with a degree from the Alberta University of the Arts in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
I delight in using my artwork to capture souls.
A lot of the work in my shop is work that I’ve been exploring after having read Camilla d’Errico’s book POP PAINTING.
It changed everything for me.
Thanks, Camilla!
I draw/paint digital portraits (pet or people) because I’m enamoured with the idea of capturing a cherished moment in time and dabble in acrylics that explore feminine “monsters”.
Things I can’t explain:
how I feel when I race through a manuscript and just know its potential in my bones;
my joy when I see someone’s reaction to their portrait for the first time;
the happy uncertainty of experimentation when crafting my paintings.
Favourite themes in my acrylics: unicorns, mermaids, butterflies, bird wings, women,…
Intrigued?
Head to my shop, query me, or contact me to discuss a personal art, translation, or editing project (no book queries, please)!
